At firstchoice kidswear, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Clear images of the product and packaging must be shared while raising a return request.
Products purchased at a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for international orders.
2. Wallet Credit Policy
Eligible returns and cancellations will be processed in the form of firstchoice Wallet Credits unless otherwise specified under this policy.
Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on the official firstchoice website.
Wallet credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Wallet credits cannot be transferred to bank accounts or converted into cash.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD orders require a ?50 advance confirmation payment through the payment gateway integrated on the website.
A WhatsApp confirmation message will be sent after order placement for COD verification.
The ?50 advance amount will not be adjusted against the final COD payable amount. It is a Non-Refundable Amount

Important: Cancellation requests are not permitted once the order has been delivered. You can still apply for return as specified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased at a discount of 30% or above.
Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Customized or personalized products.
Accessories, gift cards, and selected hygiene-sensitive products.
6. Loyalty Points & Wallet Credits
Loyalty points are credited only for successfully retained products.
In case of partial returns, loyalty points applicable to the returned items will not be credited.
firstchoice reserves the right to reverse wallet credits or loyalty points in case of policy misuse.
7. Fraud Prevention & Policy Abuse
Customers initiating 3 or more return requests within a period of 6 months may be flagged for policy review.
firstchoice reserves the right to restrict returns, wallet credits, COD availability, or account access in cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, fraudulent activity, or policy abuse.
8. General Instructions
Please ensure that the product is securely packed before handing it over for return pickup.
firstchoice reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
Products received in damaged condition, without original packaging, or without tags may not qualify for wallet credit or refund.
Customers are requested to share accurate order details and supporting images while raising a return request.
Return requests once approved cannot be modified or reversed.
Wallet credits issued by firstchoice are redeemable only on purchases made through the official firstchoice website.
Shipping timelines for wallet credits or refunds may vary depending on verification and operational processing timelines.
firstchoice reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
